Nicole Tackabery is an associate in the Employment practice and is based in the firm's Orange County office.

She represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment matters.

Ms. Tackabery received her law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law (cum laude) in 2023. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the UC Irvine Law Review. She also participated in UC Irvine's Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she successfully advocated for her client on appeal in front of the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Tackabery is admitted to practice law in California.
