  • Working as part of a cross-jurisdictional team advising a major AI and tech company on aspects of a complex web of trade secret litigation, with proceedings before the Bermuda Supreme Court.
  • Advising a leading life sciences client on a patent dispute regarding ownership of an extremely high value medical invention.
