Keegan Williams is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on the representation of debt funds, lending institutions, private equity funds, developers, and investors in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he represented mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions, focusing on multifamily, industrial, and retail loans.

Mr. Williams is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Ohio.
