Johanna Mayer is an associate in the Paul Hastings Frankfurt office and joined the firm in 2024. Previously, she worked for a major US law firm in the real estate department.

She focuses on all aspects of German real estate law and advises national and international clients in connection with real estate transactions, in particular, the sale and purchase of real estate portfolios or individual properties, as well as in connection with commercial leases.
