Overview

Jason Pierce is of counsel in the Financial Restructuring group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Diego office. His practice focuses on representing and advising creditors, ad hoc committees, official committees of unsecured creditors and strategic investors in in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions, and in developing and executing structures and strategies to maximize returns for his clients.

Jason’s breadth of experience is complemented by a clerkship with Chief Judge Martin Glenn, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, and a recent secondment to the credit group of a large investment management firm.
