Overview

Ian Engstrand is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Boston office. He is focused on M&A, venture capital, corporate finance, and securities transactions.

Ian advises public and private companies on a variety of matters, including company formations, seed, venture and growth equity financings, M&A, and corporate governance. He represents companies in diverse industries such as blockchain and digital currency, financial technology, telecommunications, digital media, software, search, mobile, online advertising, security and enterprise services, and medical technology. He also represents the venture capital, private equity, and investment banks that focus on these companies.
