Overview
Henry S. Finkelstein is an associate in the Litigation practice and Investigations and White Collar Defense practice at Paul Hastings, based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Finkelstein received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2021 with Honors. During law school, he served as a published member of The George Washington International Law Review and won the 14th Annual Emory Law Civil Rights and Liberties Moot Court Competition. In addition, Mr. Finkelstein interned for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a federal judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics and Chinese from Bates College.
Mr. Finkelstein is admitted to practice law in New York.
