Gerd Hegele is a private equity and infrastructure M&A partner in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.

He is specialized in representing private equity and strategic investors on domestic and international transactions with a specific focus on infrastructure investments, carve-outs and joint ventures. He also has considerable experience with growth and distressed M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Hegele worked for a Magic Circle law firm in its private equity/M&A department.
