Ms. Holley focuses her practice in commercial real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of real estate and the structuring of real estate investments and development. She has handled hundreds of lease transactions and in addition, has personally supervised tenant improvements design and construction projects for Paul Hastings aggregating over $100,000,000 in cost.

Ms. Holley received her B.A. degree from the University of Texas, Arlington, 1990, and her Masters degree from Michigan State, 1992. She received her paralegal certification in 1996 from the University of California Los Angeles.
