Overview
Emily Lipka is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on high technology litigation in International Trade Commission Section 337 Investigations and district court litigation. Emily has substantial experience litigating both domestic industry issues in the ITC and damages and discovery issues in district court litigations. Emily’s work has predominantly focused on patent litigation, but she has also advised clients in technical transactions, due diligence, trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters. In addition to her substantive practice, Emily is dedicated to pro bono work and is especially passionate about issues affecting reproductive rights, children, and animal rights.
