Emily Jennings is a Discovery Attorney in the Practice Management & Innovation of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

She is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she was an associate in the intellectual property litigation practice of another international law firm.

Ms. Jennings graduated with honors from Boston College Law School in 2007, where she served as Senior Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with high honors, from Pennsylvania State University in 2004, as well as a Postbaccalaureate Premedical Sciences Certificate from Bennington College in 2011.
