Douglas Cheek is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.  His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemistry, and biotechnology fields.

Mr. Cheek received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2018, where he served on the Georgetown Law Journal.  At the College of William & Mary, he earned his B.S., magna cum laude, and M.S. in Chemistry in 2014 and 2015, respectively.  Mr. Cheek is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
