David Sheps is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on commercial real estate finance.

Mr. Sheps received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. from Thomas Edison State University. While at Penn Law, he was an intern for the Honorable Judge Cheryl A. Krause of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, an associate editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, and received a Certificate of Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Sheps is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
