Overview
Brooke Wilner is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice involves representing both patentees and accused infringers in patent litigation, particularly Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission, post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and district court litigation. Mrs. Wilner previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Kara F. Stoll at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Mrs. Wilner received her law degree, cum laude, from Georgia State University, where she served as an Associate Editor of the Georgia State Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, cum laude, from North Carolina State University. She also holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in English Literature. She is admitted to practice law in Georgia and the District of Columbia and is a registered patent attorney before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
