Ben Gilberg is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice is focused on all aspects of commercial litigation and white-collar investigations.

Mr. Gilberg received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2021 and holds a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School. While in law school, he served as an Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law, an Arthur Littleton Fellow (Legal Research and Writing Instructor), and an intern for the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Gilberg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from Binghamton University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
