Arjmand Ghafoor is Of Counsel in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Ghafoor is a securitisation and structured finance lawyer working across a number of asset classes with a particular focus on CLOs, fund leverage facilities and fintech lending.

Mr. Ghafoor has advised arranging banks, managers and lenders, including Barclays, Jefferies, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Neuberger Berman, CVC, JP Morgan, UBS and Sixpoint Capital.

Mr. Ghafoor has spent six months on secondment on the CLO structuring desk of an arranger bank.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Ghafoor trained and worked at two Magic Circle firms.
