Andrea Guzman is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on investigations and white collar criminal defense.

Ms. Guzman earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. During law school, she served as a board member of the Duke Latin American Law Students Association and was a part of the Dean’s Advisory Council. She also externed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California and participated in a year-long Immigrant Rights Clinic. Prior to law school, Ms. Guzman was the Deputy Press Secretary at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, where she was a spokesperson and press contact on legal issues and civil litigation involving San Francisco.
