Alan Noskow is a partner in the Real Estate practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. As a private equity lawyer focusing on the real estate industry, Alan represents private equity institutions, equity investors and developer-sponsors in all aspects of their real estate business, with an emphasis on joint ventures, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions and borrower-side financings.

Alan’s practice also includes representing traditional private equity sponsors in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, restructurings and other complex business transactions. He has also represented a variety of clients in connection with distressed transactions, including workouts and restructurings, acquisitions, foreclosures and deed-in-lieu transactions.
