Client Successes

  • Advised Red Sea Global on the development of two multibillion-dollar luxury integrated projects: “The Red Sea Project,” comprising approximately 50 luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts and 1,000 private residences, and “Amaala,” featuring approximately 25 ultra-luxury hotels and resorts and 900 private residences.
  • Advised Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd. on a transaction with Four Seasons to create the multibillion-dollar Four Seasons Yachts, a Four Seasons-branded cruise line. This work also included preparing and negotiating yacht development, operations, and licensing agreements.
  • Advised MGM Resorts on an exclusive long-term strategic licensing agreement with Marriott International to create a new platform called MGM Collection with Marriott Bonvoy, a collection of 17 MGM resorts, along with a groundbreaking loyalty partnership.
  • Advised Fontainebleau Development on negotiating and documenting of food, beverage, club management, and license agreements for venues at Fontainebleau Las Vegas hotel and casino, as well as on various hospitality agreements for the iconic Fontainebleau South Beach.
  • Advised on the development of the multibillion-dollar Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas, including luxury hotels, world-class dining, an elegant casino, and a luxe waterpark. This work also included preparing and negotiating management agreements with Hyatt, SLS, and Rosewood.
  • Advised lifestyle hospitality group sbe in connection with the launch of lifestyle brand HQ Hotels & Residences.
  • Advised affiliates of Fort Partners in connection with the redevelopment of Palazzo della Rovere, a 15th century palace near the Vatican, into a Four Seasons Hotel.
