Sophie Hoblit is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Century City office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and entertainment and media.

Ms. Hoblit earned her J.D. from Berkeley School of Law in 2023. During law school, she assisted in the representation of individuals on death row through the school's Death Penalty Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hoblit worked at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in the Major Economic Crimes Bureau. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies (with honors) and Psychology, cum laude, from Northwestern University in 2017. Ms. Hoblit is admitted to practice law in California.
