Sara Bricker is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.  She maintains a broad-based litigation practice, representing businesses and individuals in state and federal court on a variety of issues, including securities litigation, commercial litigation and arbitration, and white collar defense.  Ms. Bricker also has both plaintiff-side and defense-side experience.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Bricker practiced as a litigation associate at another leading international law firm and served as a clerk to the Honorable Loretta A. Preska of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Bricker received her law degree, magna cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law in 2019.  She earned her B.A. degree in English, cum laude, from Davidson College in 2014.

Ms. Bricker is a member of the bar of the State of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
