Samantha Noell is an associate in the Corporate department and is based in the firm's New York office. She is a member of the Global Fintech & Payments Group and focuses on the representation of financial institutions and other financial services companies in various transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters.

Samantha received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2020 and is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia. Samantha also received a B.A. in Economics from New York University.
