Overview

Rand Dorney is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on the representation of banks, other financial institutions and corporate borrowers in domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions, including sponsored acquisition financings, syndicated senior loans, mezzanine and other subordinated financings, asset-based credit facilities and private placements.

Mr. Dorney received his law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 2023, where he was Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. He earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management in 2023 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Florida in 2020. Mr. Dorney is admitted to practice law in New York.
