Rachel Weinstein is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on capital market and venture capital transactions.

Ms. Weinstein received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2023, where she studied as a Technology Law and Policy Scholar and was a member of the Georgetown Law Technology Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the Oberlin College in 2016.

Ms. Weinstein is admitted to practice law in California.
