Overview

Peter Conway is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries.

Mr. Conway received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School, graduating as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar with a concentration in intellectual property law in 2022. While at GWU, he served as a Staff Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Quarterly Journal and practiced before the Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Conway previously attended the University of Delaware where, as of 2019, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government. Mr. Conway is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the New York State Bar.
