Paul Sagan is of counsel in the Entertainment and Media Finance Group of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, hedge funds, high net worth individuals, major independent production companies, and distributors of entertainment content in complex entertainment and media finance transactions.

Mr. Sagan's recent representations have involved a variety of entertainment financing transactions, including single and multi-picture financings, co-financing arrangements, print and advertising financings, secured revenue participation arrangements, cross-border financings, and tax incentive transactions.

Mr. Sagan also has significant experience in bankruptcy matters and workouts and restructurings of distressed credit in the entertainment and media sector.
