Michael R. Sherman is Of Counsel in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Michael’s practice focuses on structured financings including asset-backed warehouses, receivables financing transactions, securitizations, forward flow arrangements, repurchase agreements and other financing transactions for a variety of asset classes including unsecured consumer loans, trade receivables, structured settlements, credit card receivables, solar assets and equipment financing. He represents issuers, borrowers, financial institutions, commercial finance companies, direct lenders, private equity funds and other market participants in navigating various complex structured financings.
