Dr. Johann Melchior Raiser is a Partner in the Frankfurt office of Paul Hastings.

He specializes in acquisition finance, syndicated lending and financial restructuring. He advises banks, financial institutions, direct lenders, private equity investors and corporate clients on complex domestic and international transactions, including leveraged buyouts, general syndicated lending, corporate finance and financial restructuring.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Dr. Raiser worked at major US and English law firms in the areas of banking and leveraged finance.

Dr. Raiser is admitted to practice in Germany.
