Matthew Cooney is an associate in the Structured Credit practice and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligation transactions.
Mr. Cooney received his law degree from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 2013. Mr. Cooney is admitted to the New York Bar and the California Bar.
