  • Advised Boldyn Networks PNE Holdings UK Ltd (a majority owned portfolio company of CPPIB) in relation to its growth facilities, including to fund ongoing capital expenditure requirements in relation to its Transport for London concession to provide digital infrastructure solutions on The London Underground.
  • Advised Ciner Glass and Kew Soda (WE Soda group companies) in relation to a facility to support its operations in Turkey.
  • Advised Ciner Glass and Kew Soda (WE Soda group companies) in relation to a bridge facility for the construction of a bottling plant in Belgium.
  • The lenders in respect of EQT Infrastructure’s acquisition of Icon Group, a leading cancer care provider. The transaction was the largest AUD TLB in history and won Debt Market Deal of the Year at the Australasian Law Awards.
  • Advised KiwiRail on the financing for the construction and purchase of the next generation Interislander ferry fleet. The transaction featured the world’s first shipping loan to be certified by the Climate Bonds Initiative and won Project Finance Deal of the Year at the NZ Law Awards.
  • Advised PGS ASA, an oilfield services company providing global geo-physical services, in respect of various financings.
  • The lenders in respect of Providence Equity Partners’ acquisition of Marlink, a leading provider of smart network solutions.
  • The lenders in respect of Apex Group’s public-to-private acquisition of Sanne Group, a leading provider of alternative asset and corporate services.
  • The lenders in respect of various financings of DNEG, a world leading visual effects and animation studio.
  • The lenders in respect of Kathmandu’s acquisition of Rip Curl (FinanceAsia’s Best New Zealand Deal).
  • The financing of Advent’s acquisition of NZP (an ICE Pharma group company), a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates.
  • Advised Begroup, a retirement village company in respect of its management buyout from Pencarrow Private Equity.
  • The financing of Pacific Equity Partners' acquisition of NZTC (a UP Education group company), a leading early childhood education provider.
