Luyi Song is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s New York office.

Ms. Song received her law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2022. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations: Politics and History from Jacobs University in 2019.  Ms. Song is admitted to practice law in New York.
