Lucas Kressel is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex patent litigation primarily in the pharmaceutical, chemistry, and biotechnology fields.

Mr. Kressel received his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, cum laude, where he served as a staff member of the John Marshall Review of Intellectual Property Law (RIPL). He earned a B.S. degree in Biology and Zoology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2008.
