Kefei Li is an attorney in the Litigation Department, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.  

Ms. Li has represented leading multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology and commercial manufacturing industries in connection with international arbitrations, government and internal investigations into allegations of potential quality fraud, and violations of FCPA and FDCA.   

Ms. Li received her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in 2013. She earned a Masters of Laws degree from Keio University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nankai University in 2001.

Ms. Li is admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia. She passed the Chinese bar in 2007, but does not hold a current practicing certificate. She is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, and English.
