Jörg Ruff is a counsel in the Paul Hastings Frankfurt office and joined the firm in 2024. Previously, he worked for two high-end U.S. law firms in their corporate/M&A departments.

He focuses on all aspects of German business and corporate law and advises corporate clients, private equity and venture capital funds as well as other financial investors on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public takeovers and corporate reorganizations.

Handelsblatt Best Lawyers lists Mr. Ruff among the “Ones to Watch” 2023 for M&A and corporate law in Germany.
