Overview

Jack Hynes is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. His practice focuses on litigating patent, trade secret, and trademark disputes in a variety of industries.

Mr. Hynes received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2023 (cum laude), where he served as Executive Editor of the Loyola University Chicago Law Journal. While in law school, Mr. Hynes served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Young B. Kim of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and as a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018. Mr. Hynes is admitted to practice law in Illinois.
