Hayley McElhinney is an associate in the Private Equity practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Houston office.

Ms. McElhinney focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. She has considerable experience in cross-border transactions. Ms. McElhinney provides integral day-to-day corporate counseling to the portfolio companies of buyout sponsors across the technology, entertainment, hospitality, and banking sectors.
