Harry Townsend is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions as lenders and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Townsend received his law degree from Duke Law School in 2022, where he was Staff Editor on the Duke Law & Technology Review and Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College in 2019. Mr. Townsend is admitted to practice law in New York.
