Daniel Sylvia is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on private fund formation, advising sponsors in connection with the formation, marketing, operation and regulatory compliance of U.S. and non-U.S. private funds of various strategies.

Mr. Sylvia received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 2020, where he served as Recruiting Director of the Harvard Mediation Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Northeastern University in 2013. Mr. Sylvia is admitted to practice law in California and Massachusetts.
