Chris Georgakis is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Georgakis focuses on structured finance and securitizations, with a particular focus on CLOs. He advises arrangers/initial purchasers, investment managers, issuers, and corporate services providers on a range of CLO transactions, including warehousing, issuances, refinancings, and resets.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Georgakis spent over five years in the securitization practice of a large international "Magic Circle" firm in London gaining considerable experience in RMBS, auto loan ABS, and covered bonds.
