Carly Bernstein is a Senior Attorney in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Bernstein focuses exclusively on transactional due diligence and certain other transactional-based services. She currently supports the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity practices.

Ms. Bernstein regularly-performs transactional services, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions and large-scale non-disclosure agreement reviews. Ms. Bernstein also supports the firm’s representation of underwriters of representation and warranty insurance.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings in 2022, Ms. Bernstein was an associate at another major U.S. law firm where she worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Ms. Bernstein received her J.D. with honors from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude. She is licensed in the District of Columbia, New York, Virginia and Maryland.
