Brandon Pickard is an associate in the real estate finance team. Brandon has acted for a range of clients including international banks, debt funds, pension funds and sponsors. Brandon has worked on the financing and refinancing of a variety of European real estate assets such as hotels, commercial offices, factories and student accommodation. Brandon also has experience in loan restructuring, loan repurchase and loan on loan transactions.
