  • Represented Sixth Street in a Term Loan Credit Agreement with an initial $160 million term loan and $45 million in delayed draw term loans.
  • Represented SilverBow Resources, Inc. in a $600 million secured reserve-based revolving credit facility and a $200 million secured second lien term loan and note purchase agreement.
  • Represented Sunoco LP in its entry into a definitive agreement with NuStar Energy L.P. whereby Sunoco acquired NuStar in an all-equity transaction valued at approximately $7.3 billion, including assumed debt.
  • Represented Rockall Energy and its subsidiaries in a chapter 11 sales process in which substantially all of the company’s operating assets were sold to Formentera Partners Fund I, LP pursuant to a prepackaged chapter 11 plan.
  • Represented The Blackstone Group in its leveraged buyout of a majority investment in Geosyntec Consultants, Inc., an environmental engineering and design consulting firm.
