Overview

Adrienne Smith is a special counsel in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Ms. Smith leads a team of specialized lawyers who focus exclusively on transactional due diligence and certain other transactional-based services. The Transactional Services Center currently supports the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, Leveraged Finance, and Real Estate practices.

Ms. Smith received her law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law in 2007 (magna cum laude), and she served as an Articles Editor of the Georgia Law Review. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in 2001. Ms. Smith is admitted to practice law in Georgia.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings in her current role, Ms. Smith was a counsel for a publicly-traded company, and she was also previously an associate at Paul Hastings and another major U.S. firm.
