Paul Hastings Strengthens Securities and Capital Markets Practice with the Addition of Raymond Wong to the London Office

Raymond brings over 10 years of experience in international capital markets, general corporate and commercial matters, and M&A.

Raymond has extensive Chinese experience, having practiced in Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai for over 5 years. He has advised a number of Chinese and international enterprises and investment banks and has a great deal of expertise advising on global offerings and listings on the London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, New York and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges.
