Paul Hastings Represents Kurt Salmon Associates, Inc. in Merger with Management Consulting Group
Atlanta, GA (October 15, 2007) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm represented Kurt Salmon Associates, Inc. (KSA), a leading global management consulting firm, in its merger with Management Consulting Group PLC (MCG), an international consulting firm based in the United Kingdom. The transaction, which closed on October 12, 2007, is valued at approximately $125 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, KSA will operate as a distinct group within MCG and will maintain its separate brand identity.
Partners Rey Pascual, Elizabeth Noe and Phil Marzetti led the Paul Hastings team in the United States with partner Ronan O’Sullivan of Paul Hastings’ London office leading the effort in England. Associates Darcy White, Jared Brandman, Aaron Kowan, John Collins, Jay Douglas and Hayley Buckley were also involved in the transaction.
