Paul Hastings Represented L&L Holding Company, LLC in Major Leasing Deal with Omnicom Group in Lower Manhattan

New York, NY (December 06, 2007) – Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, a leading international law firm, announced today that the firm represented L&L Holding Company, LLC, a real estate acquisition and development firm, in the signing of a 15-year lease to leading advertising and marketing company Omnicom Group, at 195 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. The transaction closed on December 5, 2007.

Under the terms of the deal, Omnicom Group will occupy four-and-a-half floors for a total of 184,000 square feet in the 29-story pre-war building.

New York partner Stuart Mass led the Paul Hastings team, which included associate Noah Shapiro.
