London (April 30, 2007) -- Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP ("Paul Hastings"), a leading international law firm, acted for one of its long standing clients, eTel Group Ltd ("eTel"), a major Central European provider of voice, data and internet services, in the sale of the shares of certain of its group companies situated in Austria, Hungary, Poland, Germany, the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic to Telekom Austria AG for approximately €90 million.
