WomenCorporateDirectors (WCD) is a global membership organization and community of women corporate directors. The WCD's mission is to continue to expand the its community through leadership, diversity, education, and best practices in corporate governance.

WCD presents its 2011 Global Institute, a two-day high-powered idea forum exploring compelling issues on the minds of today's board directors and their companies.
