The Impact of Iqbal and Twombly: Views from the Bench, the Bar, and Academia

The American Bar Association's (ABA) Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee is hosting a regional CLE program in New York on the impact of Iqbal and Twombly on pleadings. This program will offer two panels featuring judges, professors, and prominent speakers from the plaintiff's and defense bar. This program is being held to coincide with the ABA's National Institute on E-Discovery, which is the following day.
