The ABA Business Law Section Derivatives and Futures Law Committee is hosting a half-day virtual mid-year program! The program will provide key insights on the latest developments in derivatives and futures law, including a keynote address presented by SEC Chair Gary Gensler.

Paul Hastings partners Michael Spafford and Tara Giunta co-authored a paper for the conference entitled “ESG From all Angles.” As Vice Chair of the ABA Committee, Mike will co-host the mid-year conference, and Tara will moderate the ESG panel featuring CFTC Commissioner Dan Berkovitz, ICI CEO Eric Pan, Georgetown Law Professor Chris Brummer, and EEI Senior Vice President Richard McMahon.
